Have you been feeling very sad, depressed, extremely anxious or paralyzed by fear or worry?
Are there painful memories or events from your past that do not allow you to enjoy life right now?
Have you lost a loved one and are still grieving their absence deeply?
Are you new to this city or country and still adapting to a new culture?
Those are just a few of the most common situations I have helped people overcome in my 16 years as a Family Therapist. As a Family Therapist I can help you with your own struggles in the context of your relationships.
